• 1. How do I book my session and where are you located?
  I warmly recommend booking 24 to 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time. For last-minute openings, please try to reach out at least 30 minutes ahead via phone or WhatsApp (+351 913 243 712), available daily from 10 am to 8 pm. The private studio is welcoming and centrally located on Avenida Engenheiro Adelino Amaro da Costa, Leiria, with easy parking close by.
• 2. What should I expect on my first session? Do I need to bring anything?
  You don't need to bring a thing, just yourself. The studio is fully equipped for your comfort with a private shower, fresh towels, climate control, and high-quality, cold-pressed neutral oils. We will always begin with a brief, gentle conversation to understand your needs and ensure you feel completely at ease.
• 3. Will I be naked during the session?
  Your comfort and privacy are my top priorities. During your therapeutic session, you will remain safely and respectfully covered with a clean towel at all times.
• 4. How to handle natural physical responses?
  Please rest assured that these are completely natural body responses to touch and deep relaxation. This is an entirely safe, non-judgmental space; you are welcome to simply breathe, unwind, and let your body relax.
• 5. Does this service involve sexual interactions?
  No. These sessions are purely therapeutic and entirely dedicated to your well-being. To maintain a safe environment for both of us, touching the therapist or asking for sexual services is strictly forbidden. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate and respectful termination of the session.
• 6. Do you offer services or travel outside Leiria?
  Yes, I am happy to travel within Portugal or abroad to support you during wellness retreats. For these arrangements, travel, meals, and accommodation expenses (including a separate private room for the therapist) are covered by the client.
